WELCOME TO THE NEW JAM...
Welcome to the newly renovated and
beefed up Long Island Jam. During
the past month, I have been working steadily on creating a better design for
the Jam, which would include better navigation, more news, more pictures, and
added features. Over the past
year, I have had a lot of input from visitors to the site and incorporated
many of their ideas into the new design.
The major reasoning behind the redesign was to improve the experience
for current visitors and improve the appeal to the general public.
Since
this is the time of year for resolutions, I have made a list of goals and
future endeavors the Long Island Jam will be undertaking for the 2001 year.
- Grow
to become the “digital Long Island racing newspaper” with extensive
news and info.
- Increase
coverage on the future of Long Island Racing, the Go Karts…
- Increase
the amount of photos on the Jam to help paint the picture of the Long
Island Racing scene.
- Continue
to be in close contact with teams throughout the year to help provide them
the deserved attention and promotion, as well as to inform the public.
- Increase
the promotion of the Long Island Jam to the fans and the general public.
2001 is shaping up to be an interesting year for not only the
Jam but the Long Island Racing scene. So stay tuned and I'll look
forward to seeing all of you at the track in 96 days!
