WMT Most Popular Driver Voting Begins Online

For the sixth consecutive year, fans can vote online for the Most Popular Driver of the Year Award in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.

The link to the 2013 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Most Popular Driver ballot will be hosted on www.nascarhometracks.com. Fans may vote once per day and are encouraged to vote everyday through Nov. 15 when the balloting closes.

Last year, Ryan Preece was voted by the fans as the Most Popular Driver in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.

Voting for all regional touring series will be available on www.nascarhometracks.com.

The winner will be honored at the NASCAR Touring Series Awards on Saturday, Dec. 14 at the Charlotte (N.C.) Convention Center’s Crown Ballroom in the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
