The INEX race procedure used at Riverhead Raceway in 2015 will be the format for the November 1st spectacular with the winner of the first heat earning the pole for the feature, while the winner of the second heat will start on the outside pole and so on down through the field. A $100 registration fee will be charged to the owner/driver with $30 of that fee going towards a pit pass while the remaining $70 goes directly into the race purse.
